Welcome to Flavesite. By accessing, registering, or purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Definitions

Flavesite provides four service lines:

  • Source Code — sale of web/mobile/desktop application source code with usage license;
  • Software Rental — subscription access to software on monthly/yearly plans;
  • SEO Services — SEO optimization packages to improve client website rankings;
  • Website Development — custom website development per chosen package.

2. User Account

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to create an account. You are fully responsible for:

  • Accuracy of registration data (name, email, phone);
  • Password security — do not share with others;
  • All activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. Source Code License

  • License granted is non-exclusive and non-transferable without Flavesite's written consent.
  • Domain/Device Limit — per license tier (default 3 domains). The first activated domain is auto-bound. Migrating to a new domain requires an unbind request to support.
  • Modification Rights — you may modify source code for your own internal needs.
  • Strictly Prohibited:
    • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing source code in any form;
    • Removing, bypassing, or reverse-engineering the license protection system;
    • Sharing accounts or license keys with non-purchasers;
    • Using source code for illegal/unlawful content.
  • Violations result in license termination without refund and may be pursued legally under copyright law.

4. Software Rental (Subscription)

  • Subscription fees are paid in advance (monthly/yearly);
  • Access auto-stops if renewal payment is not received after a 7-day grace period;
  • No pro-rata refund if cancelled mid-period;
  • We may perform maintenance/updates causing brief downtime (usually announced 24h+ in advance).

5. SEO & Web Development Services

  • Scope of work, timeline, and revision count match the chosen package agreed upon at the start;
  • You must provide content, access, and required information promptly — delays from your side may extend the timeline;
  • SEO results depend on many factors (Google's algorithm, competition, content quality) — we do not guarantee #1 rankings, but commit to legitimate (white-hat) SEO techniques;
  • After project sign-off, additional revisions are billed separately.

6. Payment

  • All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), VAT-inclusive where applicable;
  • Payment via iPaymu (bank transfer, e-wallet, virtual account) or NowPayments (cryptocurrency);
  • Order is valid only after payment is confirmed in our system;
  • For crypto payments, exchange rate fluctuations after confirmation are not our responsibility.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, our refund policy is:

  • Source code — refund only if the delivered product cannot be installed at all due to bugs/corrupted files we cannot fix within 7×24 hours, and the claim is filed within 7 days of purchase. Once the license key is activated, no refund applies.
  • Software rental — no refund after service usage begins. For yearly plans, pro-rata refund may be granted within the first 14 days subject to a 10% admin penalty.
  • SEO/Webdev services — no refund after work has started. Cancellation before work begins incurs a 10% administrative fee.
  • Wallet balance (top-up) cannot be withdrawn back to bank — only usable for purchases on Flavesite.

8. Affiliate Program

  • Commission is paid for each legitimate purchase from your referrals, per the applicable rate;
  • Self-referral is prohibited — buying with your own referral code voids commission;
  • Spam, false advertising, or misleading claims about Flavesite will result in affiliate account suspension and unpaid commissions being voided;
  • Commission withdrawal threshold and processing time as stated in the dashboard (typically 1–7 business days).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flavesite website (logo, text, design, images) is copyright-protected and may not be used without written permission. Source code you purchase remains Flavesite's intellectual work — you receive only the usage rights specified in the license.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided "as-is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation;
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages;
  • Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the related product/service in the past 12 months.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, war, national internet/power outages, or government regulatory changes.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably. If unresolved, they will proceed through the District Court at Flavesite's domicile.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, we will notify via email/notification.
